Established in 2010, Domaine Boutinot is a treasure trove of eight highly prized plots (all classified as cru Cairanne) and a refurbished cellar. This was re-designed to house the time-honoured winemaking methods we favour, to enable complex and interesting wines to emerge for our signature Fide et Arte range of cru Cairanne, Séguret, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône wines.

Captivated by the potential of Cairanne, when a rare opportunity arose to buy a spectacular plot of vineyards in the hills above the village, it seemed only natural to establish our winery here too. Our story has been entwined with the fortunes of Cairanne ever since and our philosophy mirrors that of the appellation - to focus simply on producing wines of the highest quality without hype or hubris.

Our philosophy revolves around creating wines of personality and provenance. With minimal intervention we strive to allow the terroir to express itself through traditional wine-making practices.
