Les Cerisiers,
Côtes du Rhône

A classic salmon pink rosé with delicate perfumed aromas of rosehips, wild berry blossoms and cherries on the nose. Full flavoured, ripe and beautifully balanced with acidity, there’s elegant textured red berry fruit on the palate with a twist of spice to lift the finish. Deliciously balanced and moreish.

Wine Story

To make 'Les Cerisiers' we select from vineyards with the intention of producing the very best Côtes du Rhône Rosé we can. We source from three cellars within the Côtes du Rhône appellation to find the perfect balance of aroma, finesse and texture (mainly from vineyards in the south) with freshness and fruit flavours (from the north), selecting varieties naturally suited to rosé – Grenache Noir for body, Cinsault for freshness and touch of spice from a drop of Syrah.

Specific proportions of Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah are vinified using the ‘rosé de presse’ method as soon as the grapes are picked, and vinified at cool temperatures to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours.
